Duby Tal – CEO, Chief Photgrapher

 

Duby Tal served as a helicopter pilot in the Israel Air Force, after which
he studied geology and photography and graduated his B.Sc. Cum Laude in Geology in The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his photography studies in Camera Obscura in Tel Aviv. After being accepted for PhD studies in geophysics at Stanford University, California, he decided to change professions and turned to aerial photography, which combined his two passions - photography and flying.


In 1988, together with Moni Haramati, he founded Albatross, and since then his work has appeared in books, exhibitions and magazines in Israel and worldwide, and gained him an international award winning reputation.

Today Duby Tal is a world known aerial and landscape photography artist (www.dubytal.com), co-owner and Managing Director of Albatross, Publisher, book editor and film producer.


 
 
Moni Haramati – COO, Chief Pilot
 
Moni Haramati served as a helicopter pilot in the Israel Air Force after which he studied professional photography. He was one of the pioneers in the field of aerial photography in Israel when he founded his first company in 1981 called Monami.
 
In 1988, together with Duby Tal, he founded Albatross, and since then has amassed thousands of hours of aerial photography flight time for a wide variety of purposes, from magazine photos to well-known adventure films.

Today Moni Haramati is one of the leading photography pilots in Israel, 
co-owner, chief pilot of Albatross and specialist in photography flying and productions management.
