The Albatross publishing house specializes in all the stages of producing and publishing photography books as well as custom-made books.

Commercial Titles

Albatross' publishing has produced and published 15 commercial titles including:

Skyline – A series of nine books that present various regions in Israel through aerial photography and texts. Over 600,000 copies of these books have been sold since the publication of the first volume in 1990. Today, with the publication of the ninth book, Unrevealed Beauty, Skyline — The Dead Sea (2006) these are still the best-selling photographic books of Israel.

Flights into Biblical Archeology – This rich and diverse journey into the history of the Land of Israel follows the trail of archeological findings from different periods. Photographed all over the country, this book, produced in cooperation with Israel Antiquity’s Authority, has received favorable reviews in professional media worldwide.

Photographic Collections – Combining Albatross' wealth of archive material with its expert publishing experience led to the production of two magnificent photographic collections - that feature the best of two exhibitions:

Scene From Above - presents sites and locations all over Israel, and

Terra - which offers an abstract, artistic view of Israeli landscapes.

The collections are available in books of 20 posters,  each of which can be separated from the book and individually framed.

Custom-made Books

Albatross produces promotional books and pamphlets that combine photographs, texts and any other elements requested by the customer. Creative editing integrates the various components to provide unique and impressive marketing products.
